  There is an older white man who works at this post office and he is such a grouch. Someone either needs to get him a stress ball or a retirement check because something needs to change. Every single interaction I've had with him or seen him have with another person is so off putting and unpleasant. He is rude, impatient and all together not cut out for a job that requires interacting with other people.

  Had some questions about getting a shipping label off my phone started sending packages through the usps for ebay. The front counter was patient enough to help me theough my phone and get the label. After that easier done than said. Got my receipt and was on my way didnt have any problems and have been using the same one since. Very clean and organized store and the blonde woman was very polite and helpful and was smiling. Another time I went i got a gentlemen who was the same as the first. Keep up the good work.

  I honestly have NO IDEA how the lady named Patty is still employed. I’m new to this county & have a lot of issues with my Mail. Instead of being polite & showing gracious costumer service she is ALWAYS disgustingly rude to me & I am not even rude to her. I have NEVER in my 35 years dealt with such a disgusting individual and I work in the medical field. This is my third encounter with her in 30 short days & I can honestly say I’m mortified & do not want to enter this post office again. The first 2 times I let her have her way with me but this time unfortunately a verbal quarrel took place. This lady needs to be reprimanded for her terrible behavior!

  I asked this post office to hold a package for me because they didn't recognize the address. The individual that I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and willing to help. She left a note for her fellow co-workers, asking them to hold the item at the post office, but they proceeded to send the item back to the sender. Extremely inconvenienced by this set back. I really needed that package to help my friend's dog. My friend even drove down to the post office this morning to pick it up, so she has now been inconvenienced as well. I am beyond furious over this. Nobody ever seems to communicate effectively anymore. I guess people just can't be bothered to read these days, or maybe they just don't care. Now, I am going to have to pay expedited shipping, so that I can get the dog the help that she needs.
