- JRJessie RossMay 16, 20261.0The guy at the counter at 10:50 AM today was extremely rude to everyone in line. I asked for a receipt for my package, and I didn’t fill out the questions on the automated computer, and he decided to give himself a smiley face. That’s the last thing he deserves; this place needs serious customer service work.

I don't know what the issue is if I have received other packages and we were home on the day they said they attempted to. I have been calling for the past 4 days and no one has EVER answered. No one EVER answers the phone! SMH!
- LSLinda SwaineOct 16, 20171.0When I was in the hospital undergoing 2 back surgeries and then in the rehabilitation center for physical therapy, a mean-spirited USPS worker sent all of my mail back to the senders. I've had bills go astray and ended up being paid late which impacts my FICO score. I didn't receive get well cards sent by friends and family. My magazine subscriptions were cancelled and the companies won't reinstate my subscriptions unless I pay hundreds of dollars to reinstate my subscription. What I wouldn't give for an opportunity to talk to this person face-to-face and make sure that he/she would NEVER do a mean thing like this to another person and to tell that USPS worker the kind thing to do is to take the mail back to the post office to hold until the box owner can pick it up. You never know the reason the box is full and you should never assume that you do. My wish would be for the USPS worker to write a letter to all of the people, companies, etc. and explain what he/she did. Also I would like to have a sincere apology in writing.
