  This is, without question, the worst-managed USPS location I have ever dealt with. I spoke with a very rude older black women supervisor named Sheila who is in other negative reviews below, for assistance. She was evasive, continually shifted the conversation, and refused to acknowledge any issues with the service provided by this office. She just left me standing in the loby wondering if she was going to come back... and she never returned. This is not normal behavior. She needs to be retrained. Issue #1: This post office appears to have a POLICY of not delivering signature-required mail directly to apartment doors when the complex has centralized mailboxes. As a result, customers are not given the opportunity to sign for packages or certified mail when the carrier arrives. Instead, the notice is placed in the mailbox after the carrier has already left. Apparently, residents are expected to somehow know when the carrier is present and wait by the mailbox if they want to receive their package. This buliding has many elderly people and this affects them greatly. When I spoke with corporate they were not aware of the policy so they are now investigating. Issue #2: When a redelivery request is submitted through the USPS app, the system provides confirmation and tracking indicates the item will be delivered on the approved date. However, because this office does not deliver to apartment doors, the redelivery request is effectively ignored. The tracking information often does not update properly, leaving customers with no clear indication of where their package is or when it will be delivered. Today, six days later, I went to the post office to retrieve my package which has my important medication, only to discover that it had been placed back on the carrier's truck. It was being sent out again despite still requiring a signature and despite the previous redelivery request. It will go again to my mailbox and repetitive circle begins again. Thanks again Sheila! Please find another profession you are harming others. Customer service, accountability, and professionalism seem to be in short supply at this location. Unfortunately, experiences like this reinforce the negative reputation USPS often receives, making what should be a simple process unnecessarily frustrating and painful. I have filed a complaint and spoke with USPS Consumer Affairs and hope they will investigate these issues so that meaningful improvements can be made. Sheila, your assistance today was disappointing and unhelpful....you have one job. It's unfortunate to see how far this level of service has drifted from the standards one would expect from an institution with such a long history.

  Worst experience ever. An older Black woman seemed more interested in chatting with anyone and getting distracted by everything around her than actually serving customers. Because of her, the line grew to 15 people. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was the oldest employee there. This is just unacceptable. Please do your job and respect your customers’ time!

  The best Post Office near by. Staff is very nice and very helpful. Today, Felicia helped me so much and I am very grateful for her service. She went above and beyond helping me! She deserve recognition! Thank you so much Felicia and all Staff of this Post Office.
