I got there almost closing time and they helped me carrying the boxes and putting everything together, loved the service. I will come to this ups from now on. We came in needing a paper notarized and the employee refused to help us because he claimed he was “too busy,” even though there was still about an hour left before closing and only ONE person in line. What made the situation even worse was his attitude. When we politely asked for his name, instead of simply telling us, he responded, “I don’t know my name,” and then disappeared. That was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. If you don’t want to help customers while you’re still on the clock, especially when the location isn’t even busy, then why are you working in customer service? We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable we simply needed a notary service and basic respect. The refusal to help was frustrating enough, but the sarcastic response and walking away made the entire experience much worse. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced, and management should seriously address how customers are being treated at this location. This is the individual that that refused to give his name and only showed back up when we left
