    There are two workers. One of them is amazing, but unfortunately the other one is not. He seems very unhappy with his job and works carelessly. He sent me a passport photo by email that was completely blurry and unrecognizable.

    Henrique and Estefania at UPS were incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond by helping tape up my package and didn’t even charge me for it. Their customer service was professional, friendly, and greatly appreciated. Thank you both for making the process quick and stress-free!

    This is my local UPS store, always go here for any returns and shipping needs. The team is always so friendly, they greet you as you come and provide a great service. Specially Henrique and Devin, they went above and beyond. Prepped my boxes, without any extra charge, for my returns and were very professional.

    Yesterday I posted a review about my experience. I spoke too soon. Because today I received notification about my returns that I was sending back to TikTok shop and I was told that they received the wrong item. Therefore, I won’t be getting a refund nor will I be getting the item back. Mr. Henrique was clearly distracted with everything he was talking about and mixed up the tracking numbers is on the packages now none of my packages are going to the right place. The item I returned total over $500 all together. And now I won’t be getting a refund back because they were sent to the wrong place Nor will I be getting the item back b/c TikTok said they don’t have the tools to send item back. I am beyond upset.

    I come to this store quite often to return Amazon orders that the items are not as expected. This store is by far the best store I have ever been, and I have been in several UPS stores. Everyone is kind and respectful with customers, especially Brion and Henrique with whom I had an amazing experience. when I was about to star writing this comment I looked back to some of them and I got stunned how some people react. After reading some reviews, it honestly feels less like an objective comment and more like an emotional overreaction to a fairly standard situation. Nothing described here is out of the ordinary for a busy shipping store. Employees are expected to enforce policies, manage multiple customers at once, and keep things moving. That often requires being direct and efficient, especially when the store is under pressure. Interpreting that as personal hostility seems like a stretch. The packaging issue and the small fee for tape are completely normal. These are standard practices, not arbitrary decisions made by one employee. Being clearly told how the process works may not always feel pleasant, but that doesn’t make it inappropriate or disrespectful. What really undermines this review is the repeated use of extreme, personal attacks. Calling someone “horrible” and a “miserable human being,” while also threatening to damage their reputation, goes far beyond describing a negative experience, it reflects a loss of perspective. That kind of language says more about the reviewer’s reaction than about the employee’s behavior. From an outside point of view, it sounds far more likely that the employee was doing his job in a direct, no-nonsense way, while dealing with a difficult and escalating interaction. In fast paced service environments, that’s often necessary. Employees deserve fairness too. Based on what’s written here, this seems like a situation where someone took offense to normal procedures and allowed frustration to turn into a highly exaggerated portrayal of the person involved. Guys keep doing your best, it’s always a pleasure visit this place.
