Despite the high volume of foot traffic at this location, he handles everything with calm professionalism and grace. Orlando made sending my mail simple and completely stress-free, taking the time to help me with everything I needed. His friendly attitude and efficiency truly stood out and made a typically routine errand much more pleasant. - ECEmily CMay 28, 20261.0Everyone there except for Christian has an attitude problem. The Haines City office is the closest to me and I will gladly go to the furthest location than go back there. They need to learn how to kindly educate customers on how things work instead of having an attitude and rudely tossing a tape at you for your packages and didn’t even say what to do with it. Also, instead of singing to your coworker and fooling around, you should be polite and say that you’re ready to help the next person and also help guide the customer with the next steps when they don’t know what to do or how returning packages work if it’s their first time. To the employee that was “attending” to me, I believe his name is Robert, you seriously need to reevaluate yourself.
