It was ten minutes before closing time; I filled out all my information on the envelope, and there were still two minutes left. When I told him I was finished, he refused to help me, and he came across as very racist. It is not right for someone to work in a role requiring friendliness—especially since I noticed his colleagues were very kind and helpful to everyone else—while I had such a terrible experience with this jerk. I’m sorry to say this, but it’s the truth: you need to make a change regarding that kind of person. Thank you very much.
