  They were really nice there can't believe how much it cost to ship something to Wisconsin from here it was like $28 not their fault but I like that place I would send more stuff from there.

  I always had great service here until today. I understand they are remodeling but at least acknowledge someone when they walk in. 3 workers looked at me when I came in with a heavy box, didn’t say a thing, continued what they were doing then I finally put the 20 lb box down on the counter. Someone finally came to help. It’s really disappointing because common courtesy in customer service is really not that difficult and in this industry it is what makes you better or worse then other UPS stores.
