- CLCassandra LewisJun 2, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the Groveland Post Office. This is not the first issue I have had with missing mail. In a previous incident, I received a package that had been opened and then retaped before being delivered. Now, I am dealing with another missing package that tracking records show arrived at the post office, yet no one can tell me where it is or what happened to it. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability and the inability to provide clear answers when customers are trying to locate their property. I will be pursuing all available options including filing criminal complaints, seeking legal guidance, contacting the United States Postal Inspection Service, and bringing public attention to this matter through local news if a satisfactory resolution is not immediately reached. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and conducts a thorough investigation. This is the second time you've stolen from me, trust me you won't get a third, if that means clearing your post office out.
