- GAGeri AvilesAug 26, 20261.0The rudest staff, miserable, not willing to help, and just lazy. The worst customer service EVER. The lady behind the counter with the star tattoo near her ear is by far the most miserable person I’ve ever encountered at a post office.

I don't know if it's the state or if it's just everything in general. But I should not have had to pay almost fifty dollars to mell.A box, a flat rate box at that. The guy behind the counter was lazy. He didn't want to do his job. He wants you to do it for him. So you had to gather the box, you had to take the box. You had to sign everything onto the box. You had the close the box, you basically did everything. Except bring yourself up seriously.This isn't a place to go.I was not happy this day spent way too much for not enough service

Anytime I order a package that’s shipped in any type of box, it somehow ends up marked as undeliverable instead of being delivered. I’m dealing with it again right now. The tracking said they couldn’t deliver my package, so I drove to the post office to pick it up. Instead, they put it back on the truck—even though they already knew it wasn’t going to be delivered. Who is managing this post office? It clearly needs better leadership and accountability. There always seems to be an issue, and no one appears interested in fixing it or helping customers. At this point, I’d rather pay extra to use UPS or FedEx than deal with this location again. Consistent service shouldn’t be this difficult.
