  who ever martha is at the front desk of very rude and unprofessional always disrespectful to everyone i have known to go there and ship packages, has a very nasty attitude and likes to laugh in peoples faces, she definitely doesn’t belong in customer service, she needs a reality check.

  I have been going to the one in Clermont forever. This one is much closer. The only problem is the staff is RUDE. They never smile or greet you. So I definitely will never step foot in their facility again. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to the one in the Winn-Dixie Plaza. I’ve tried twice to come in here and the staff is just rude. It’s like you’re bothering them when you bring a package in. Like I said I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes every day of the week to be treated with a smile and be treated friendly. I don’t even know how they stay in business. But they do so don’t waste your time spend the extra 20 minutes and drive to the one at the Winn-Dixie Plaza. They are so kind and so helpful and you’re greeted politely the minute you walk in the door. Shame on UPS for allowing the staff to treat people like a bother
