Asking for help from them seemed like such an inconvenience. Their job seemed such an effort for them to do and help customers out. Their attitude and demeanour was absolutely atrocious. Sending international mail is not something I do on a regular basis and I needed some guidance doing so. The customer service experienced here was one of the worst I’ve ever come across These staff here need some serious help with customer service and people skills I left the post office upset with my request for help unfulfilled and went to the other post office 10 minutes down the road on lake worth and the service and staff there were extremely friendly , helpful and welcoming and had no issue in helping me I will never come to the post office on jog rd again and will definitely tell everyone to avoid this location
