Instead of delivering packages, they say, "Sorry we missed you" when we were standing in the yard watching the mail get put into the mailbox. These are probably the same people running your health care. There is a reason USPS should be privatized and Green Cove post office is it. Completely incompetent.

Had a few times where it would take a week and when I call to track the package it would show up as lost. Anyways, the most recent is a package that was supposed to be here in two days but I had to track it on the ending of the second day only to be told it's still on the pallet from 4 in the morning. I called at 4. I said no problem will it be ready by Monday and they say yes. I check on Saturday and seen that they sent it back to seller because of "wrong address." So now I'm waiting for it to reach the seller to just be sent back. Even if it's the wrong address you could've called me to let me know so I could've picked it up. Decent customer service on the phone though.
