- ATAly TownsendMay 6, 20261.0Just awful. The people who work there (with the exception of one nice young woman) are rude and odd. They really try to create problems for people who order packages regularly. If they have to deliver them, they're upset. If you try to pick them up yourself, they make it difficult too. They want to be mad and act like it is a problem no matter what. In 2026, people order online. This issue started because I changed the style of mailbox at my residence. It doesn't change anything for the mail lady at all yet she threw a fit because she mistakenly thought she'd have to bring every package to the door. She has since discovered that most packages still fit and the only ones she has to bring to the door are those she would have also had to with the old mailbox, but her attitude is still terrible. Her sidekick at the post office is a jerk too and gives me smug attitude when I go there no matter how polite I try to be with him. I hate this for them, and for myself. But I have never had these mail issues anywhere else I have lived, in 41 years of life.
