- RYRKO WHOHOHOHOOA (You.)May 9, 20261.0Used to make a special trip to come here. In the last four visits, only one had a completed sale. Once, I was turned away because they couldn’t take cards. I asked the guy if that was all locations, he didn’t know, wouldn’t ask, refused to give more information and told me to google another location and “just go there”. Stupidly, I came back, and the same guy refused to listen to the way the order needs to be shipped - I literally had to remove my package from his hands because he kept slapping stickers on it that were media mail instead of the priority mail Id explained. This guy will ask questions repeatedly and never actually hear the answer. Once spent $200 a week in postage here. Now, doubt that I’ll return. Current staff ignores health, laws, and the customer. Literally no further reason to trust the place.

There was a woman in front of me with many envelopes that needed to be stamped and he was very patient with her. He had a great personality and you could tell that he genuinely loved helping others. Give Phillip a raise! He was awesome!
