Do NOT go here to fill out your passport. The lady at the counter, Precious, was incredibly rude. I filled out the application exactly how it’s asked on the government website yet she told me repetitively that I forgot to fill out information that was not required and asked me to fill out the money order differently than what the passport website says. When I let her know that I did it exactly as the website suggested, she said “well I don’t know what you expect me to do” with an attitude, suggesting that she might not finish the process if I didn’t do exactly what she said. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Avoid coming here for passport. Have made several attempts and appointments and every time they made an excuse to not assist us. She had the audacity to say we were late when we were waiting in line in the lobby but still refused to help us. Go anywhere else.

I mail about 30 packages a month. Never had one go missing. I trust USPS to handle all my shipping needs.

BEWARE OF USING THIS POST OFFICE LOCATION FOR PASSPORT SERVICES! Make the drive to another location and save yourself the absolute misery of dealing with Clerk 26. I do not know her name as she was so nasty and hostile that she never said her name or had a name tag on. I'm sure she does not want to identify herself so no-one knows her name to complain. There was no-one else working or I would have waited for someone else to help. This employee’s behavior was: Unprofessional and hostile Deliberately retaliatory, as we interrupted her personal time sitting in her car in the parking lot when we arrived for our scheduled appointment. I have been a postal customer for decades and have NEVER experienced such vindictive, customer-facing incompetence. This employee clearly despises her job and takes it out on customers. She should not be in a public-facing position.

If you are coming here to get a passport, I HIGHLY suggest not coming here. There is a tall BALD man that works here that loves to ridicule and make people feel small when they do not know the process of something. He doesn’t know how to “explain” anything. All he knows how to do is yell and talk down to someone instead of allowing them to explain what you’ve been told. Would NOT recommend going here for passport services. They are unwilling to help and are quick to not let you speak. Absolutely horrible process and I would give this place zero stars if I could.
