  Passport service was fast and easy even as a walk-in with an appointment that walked in after me. She multi tasked taking care of both of us simultaneously like a champ. Getting us in and out quick while still acknowledging other customers coming in. I wish I could remember her name. She was petite with brown hair. My first time applying for a passport but she was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Phenomenal professional service hands down!

  Absolutely appalling customer service at this location. I came in to submit standard address change paperwork for a move, and the clerk at the counter was extremely hostile, dismissive, and completely unhelpful from the moment we walked up. After telling us what documents we needed, we returned with the paperwork only for her to refuse to help us, claim it was wrong, and make zero effort to explain what was needed or verify our identity. When I politely pointed out that she wasn't being helpful, she proceeded to yell out the door at us as we were leaving, asking, "Then what did you come back for?!" Unprofessional, completely out of line, and unacceptable behavior for someone working in public service. Looking through other reviews, it’s clear this specific clerk has a pattern of mistreating customers. Management needs to address this behavior immediately and hold their staff accountable.

  Do NOT go here to fill out your passport. The lady at the counter, Precious, was incredibly rude. I filled out the application exactly how it’s asked on the government website yet she told me repetitively that I forgot to fill out information that was not required and asked me to fill out the money order differently than what the passport website says. When I let her know that I did it exactly as the website suggested, she said “well I don’t know what you expect me to do” with an attitude, suggesting that she might not finish the process if I didn’t do exactly what she said. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

  Avoid coming here for passport. Have made several attempts and appointments and every time they made an excuse to not assist us. She had the audacity to say we were late when we were waiting in line in the lobby but still refused to help us. Go anywhere else.
