- HCHilary ComstockApr 23, 20261.0This is the worst post office, I have Health concerns and they have not cared. They pass me off, with no answer. They discriminate towards people who are disabled. I have files many complaints, and next steps im going to sue for discrimination.
- CWCoheron WayfinderApr 10, 20263.0The United States Postal Service location in Geneva does the essential job of keeping mail moving through the community, but there is definitely room for improvement. While the services offered are important and the location is convenient for local residents, the overall experience can feel a bit slow and disorganized at times. With a little more attention to efficiency, upkeep, and customer flow, this small-town post office could serve the community much more smoothly. That said, places like this are an important part of rural communities, and with a few improvements it could easily become the dependable neighborhood post office people hope for.
- AAAlbertDec 4, 20255.0I'm normally very picky about the USPS that I choose to go to for any service. These guys have been genuinely the best. They're a small Branch, but genuinely the best and effective. Alyssa went above and beyond for a package we needed for a sick animal and literally saved our skin. Would highly recommend this Branch for anything!
- DRDawn RourkeJun 23, 20235.0Friendly young lady waited on me today.
- PGPamela GarciaMay 1, 20205.0The changes that have been made with the new Postmaster Eddie as well as the Clerk Altra is awesome. They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of and keep the Post Office clean. The outside is appealing as well. Kudos
