I love 24x7 access to my Post Office box, and we get Street Address Delivery so they received every vendor and we never lose.a package.

They lost my package, tracking number shows it never left Gainesville. I thought my package would be safer if I sent it out directly from the post office but it wasn’t. When I went back to this particular post office to follow-up to see if any updates they did not care nor took no accountability.

If I could give 0 stars I would. One person helping people middle of the day. Line almost to the door. Multiple people in the back sitting there watching and doing nothing. THEN when she finally decides to start helping people she is talking under her breath being rude as she walks up to the register. This location is a joke. They dont care even one iota about your time or needs

They lied by saying they attempted delivery when they didn't. I have numerous cameras watching my house and can prove they never attempted delivery. Now it's a headache to try to get my package. Defund the USPS and privatize the industry, so that people will actually be held accountable for their actions.

Absulutely Zero star not even deserving any star I visited the USPS location at 4600 SW 34th St, Gainesville, FL, early in the morning. The post office opens at 8:30 AM, and by approximately 8:55 AM there was only one employee serving customers. During that time, a large line had formed, with around 20 customers waiting. What was particularly frustrating was that the employee was frequently away from the counter, and it took more than 20 minutes to process a single customer while the queue continued to grow. I have photos showing the long line of customers and the lack of available staff at the service counters. When I inquired about speaking with the manager, I was informed that the manager was not present. Unfortunately, the employee assisting customers became noticeably rude when I asked about management and the long wait times. As a customer simply seeking information, I found the interaction unprofessional and disappointing. Based on the number of customers waiting and the lack of staffing during a busy morning period, this appeared to be a management and operational issue rather than an isolated incident. After waiting and realizing there was no reasonable expectation of timely service, I left and took my package to a UPS Store instead. I also noticed that several other reviews mention similar concerns regarding long wait times and understaffing. USPS provides an important public service, and customers should not have to spend a significant portion of their morning waiting in line due to inadequate staffing, lack of management presence, and poor customer service. I hope USPS reviews the operations at this location and takes steps to improve staffing levels, management oversight, and the overall customer experience.
