I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel others should know. I arrived with quite a few boxes that needed USPS shipping labels printed. Instead of offering assistance or explaining the process, the employees repeatedly told me to "hurry" and instructed me to handwrite the "To" and "From" addresses on all the boxes within about 15 minutes. (As it was close to 5pm). As I was trying to do exactly what they told me, I was abruptly told to leave and go to another location because they were closing. I then had to stand outside waiting for another ride, hoping I could find another shipping location before it closed. A short time later, one of the employees came outside and suddenly offered to help get the boxes delivered. By that point, I had already been turned away and my plans had been disrupted. Because of the way this situation was handled, I ended up losing approximately $100. What was most frustrating wasn't just the financial loss—it was the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dismissive attitude throughout the interaction. Had someone simply explained my options or been willing to assist from the beginning, this entire situation could have been avoided. I understand that employees have closing procedures and schedules to follow. However, customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when they arrive before closing. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location so others don't have a similar experience.

Please learn how to read an address!!!! I know 6s and 9s look similar but those are different numbers. Thank God we have great neighbors who actually care if a package gets delivered to the right address.

Terrible customer service. Long wait, arriving on time for appointment with no one else in the lobby. Brought check for service. Representative instructs to use a specific payment method which added a more than $5 fee to transaction. Second awful USPS experience at different location in 1 weeks time. Do better.
