I asked where specific boxes were located and she continued to berate me while I was just looking at the display boxes to figure out what size I’d need for my package. I feel for the nice male clerk who has to work with her.

Minus one star because the self-service kiosk had half the options greyed out and they only had one person manning the counter so I had no choice but to wait in line, but the line was pretty short so overall a fine experience.

Maybe we all can stand to show and give a little more grace to each other whether clerks or customers. We all have our days when things do not go as plan. Today someone may need you to show kindness because they are struggling. Tomorrow it may be you.
