Never had a problem at this post office. Clerks were always helpful, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Maybe we all can stand to show and give a little more grace to each other whether clerks or customers. We all have our days when things do not go as plan. Today someone may need you to show kindness because they are struggling. Tomorrow it may be you.

There was a clerk named Vasantha who was very rude… laughed at me for not taking off labels from the box which other USPS store clerks have not had a problem with and have covered it up with the printed label. She also threw my boxes into the cart with no care… I will not be returning.

I entered and the person at the counter greeted me. Very good. But, she said that I had wait for her coworker to handle my money order request. I waited and allowed others to go ahead of me while I waited for money order agent to become available. That person was assisting a couple with a passport request. I waited, and waited. This was not the issue. The original agent who asked me to wait was assisting someone. The passport agent asked the original agent what a customer needed assistance with. The original agent explained then said she had to go in the back. After she left, the passport agent, while still working on the passport request, she began looking up information to assist the other agent's customer. I had been waiting about 15-20 minutes. She continued working on both issues. She completed the passport request and the couple left, the she had the other agent's customer come over to her window. The other agent came back and started helping the other customers. I stood there as others passed me by and had there needs met. When the passport agent finally finished with the second customer regarding a request to track an order, which is something they don't do, but the passport agent was organizing the customer's paperwork and money order receipts. I was a little irritated, but kept quiet. Then the second customer was leaving, and she ask the person behind me what he was there for. I and medium height and overweight. There is no way that she could have missed seeing me. The third customer said he had an appointment for a passport request. She acknowledged that she would help him next. I have never met this woman before, so there was no previous incident that could have caused her to treat me like this. The second customer asked another question and so the passport agent continued assisting her. I said, "Excuse me". The passport agent didn't hear me, but the second customer heard me and told the agent that I was trying to get her attention. She looked at me, and seemed irritated. I kept my voice low, and calm, and explained that I had arrived before most of the people that were there. She snapped at me that the third customer had an appointment. I had been waiting about 30 something minutes by now. I was embarrassed and shocked at how quickly the agent became irritated with me. I just quietly said "okay" and walked out. I don't know why she targeted me, but she behavior is unacceptable.
