  I was passing on a very treasured painting to my younger brother in New York. Fretted about the winter weather and packing, so I asked to speak to the manager. No one can control the weather, but he assured me that he'd pack it well. We'll, he did. When it arrived my brother texted me that it was packed so well, it could have been dropped from the roof and wouldn't have broken!

  I’ve been using this UPS store for years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve worked with at least a dozen different employees. Without fail they have been helpful and courteous. A fantastic team and store all the way around. A special shout out to Ellen who was helpful at my visit today.

  This is the easiest store to ship packages. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous and my packages always arrive on time. I especially like the fact that they remember all the addresses that I send to so I don’t have to!
