- SGSteven GosnellJun 22, 20261.0Used to get deliveries from UPS in Orlando regularly, now that I live in a rural area it's been A NIGHTMARE. The woman answering my service call was rude, kurt, and laughed at me on call when I asked about re-attempting delivery. I'll NEVER use ups again. Literally never after this. The driver also threw the attempt note in the road in front of my house, but there's no way to file a complaint for that either.

No one can control the weather, but he assured me that he'd pack it well. We'll, he did. When it arrived my brother texted me that it was packed so well, it could have been dropped from the roof and wouldn't have broken!
