I was rushing to the UPS store on Sunday to make a return to Amazon after a Loooong day and grabbed to open the door to finally unload these packages and at 3:05 the door was locked. I didn’t realize they closed at 3:00 on Sundays. Valerie was there still helping a customer, and Valerie said because I only needed to use the “return kiosk” that I could go ahead and finish the return. Who lets you do that??? When an employee has worked all day all they usually want to do is get home but not Valerie, not today. Thank you Valerie!

The employee Nick was so patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to make sure everything was accounted for and had a pleasant attitude. I'd definitely recommend this location.

Maggie was especially rude to me and continued to cut me off as I politely explained my situation. Such a waste of a great location. The Tower Road branch is way better by far.
