  I have never in the past 3 years of dealing with this store have I dealt with such a unprofessional associate as I did yesterday and today all he could say is they can't take a clear package well I understand so I brought it back in the clear package with a bag to put it in and that bag wasn't good enough either as he stood there acting like it was a inconvenience for him to be bothered I will definitely never go back to this place because of this one employee. What really pissed me off is they have no problem delivering Amazon packages that are in a clear package.

  Horrible customer service. I called yesterday and spoke to a pleasant gal, inquiring about being able to have an overnight UPS package delivered there for me to pick up because it would be earlier than to get to my home-based business. Absolutely nothing was mentioned about any additional fees at that time, but when I came today to retrieve the package they charge me a previously undisclosed $10 fee to pick up my package that was delivered by UPS to the UPS STORE! Total ripoff and just a way to scam more money! The two gents behind the counter were rather brusque about it and couldn't give me any reason other than "we're an independent franchise". I ship around a hundred business packages a week, typically USPS but occasionally UPS or FedEx, so I'm not exactly an uneducated newbie when it comes to such. Why on earth would the first person on the phone not have mentioned that? You'll note that the owner gave a canned response (without addressing my issues 🙄) and added that I should have called to find out about this charge - WHEN I HAD CALLED AND IT WASN'T MENTIONED. That's literally my whole frustration here. If the lady on the phone had said "there will be a $ charge for this service" I would have happily paid it and moved on with my day. Also, I just double-checked and nowhere on their website is any of that mentioned. Shady business practices here. That's all I have to say

  I travel all over the lower 48 and the UPS STORES are important. Having said that not all UPS locations are equal. This location is AMAZING, on point with their customers and no one feels like they are being overlooked. Thank you for your assistance and looking forward to stopping in when I am back in the area!!

  Went in right after opening. Molly greeted me with a smile and a “good morning”. She was an amazing person and had a great attitude. I usually go in the afternoons and the staff is always rude and in a rush. She took her time and was so nice. I will definitely come in the mornings from now on. She made me smile and definitely made my morning. Thank you Molly.
