- TSTom S2 days ago1.0I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing situation involving a FedEx delivery driver who regularly delivers packages to my residence in the Columbia County Florida, area. On multiple occasions, this individual has arrived at my property without a shirt, with his pants hanging down below his waist, and wearing several chains. Frankly, I find this appearance completely unprofessional and unacceptable for someone representing a major delivery company like FedEx. I have security camera footage and multiple photographs documenting these incidents. I have submitted complaints to FedEx corporate several times, yet I have received absolutely no response or indication that this issue is being addressed. I have also attempted to attach photographic evidence to this complaint, but unfortunately, the system does not allow me to upload the images. At this point, I am requesting that FedEx management take this matter seriously. I do not want this individual returning to my property or delivering my packages. Customers should be able to expect a reasonable level of professionalism from individuals representing FedEx, particularly when those individuals are entering private residential property. Where is the management oversight? Where is the accountability? Why have repeated complaints to corporate gone unanswered? I am asking that someone from FedEx management investigate this situation, review the photographic evidence I have available, and provide a response explaining what corrective action will be taken. This is not an isolated incident, and I expect more than continued silence from FedEx
