- JSJoann Sparks3 days ago5.0I must call attention to the absolutely fantastic Staples Print & Marketing Associate, Kaylie at the Cypress Lake, Fort Myers, FL location. Kaylie was extremely helpful and capable as well as considerate. My Mom passed away and I needed a musical program insert that had two sides, a large poster of my Mom and several Memory pages printed. Kaylie helped me to determine the best size for the poster, was tech savvy enough to know how to fix one of the memory pages that I had submitted incorrectly, and figured out a logical way to make the musical insert print to be both accurate and cost effective! She was amazing in every way. I have been employed for over 35 years in professional positions and if she was one of my direct reports, I would trust her with any task! Thank you Staples and my personal Thanks to Kaylie! You Rock!!

I suggest people visit Office Supply. Hopefully they have better equipped employees who are more helpful to the customers. Very disappointed visit. No more.
