- KWKelsey WinklesMay 22, 20182.0This post office has terrible customer service! I sent my father to the post office with a pick up notice to collect a package that required a signature. I wrote his name on the back of the notice with my signature authorizing him to pick it up. When he got there, this very unpleasant man refused to give the package to him. He told him that he could not pick up registered mail for his daughter. He had such a horrible attitude about it too! For your information, it was not registered mail! It did not indicate that it was registered mail on the pickup notice either! He didn't even bother to look for my father's name or my signature on the back of the slip! What's worst is that I wouldn't have needed to pick up the package in the first place, if they had taken the time to drive up my driveway to get my signature, as I was home the day they tried to deliver it. Apparently, it's too inconvenient for them to even do that anymore. They just put the pick up notice in your mailbox without even attempting to find out if anybody is home! It's infuriating!!! 😠
