- MMMissy MartinFeb 13, 20251.0The most terrible post office around. I do not usually use this post office but was in the area. The entire post office is closed for lunch from 12:30-1:30 you believe that? The entire post office closes for lunch. Then you wait for the post office to open please do not let it be anything important like an overnight they cannot send it. “We do not have the paperwork go to Branford or High Springs”. I was on my lunch. Very disappointed. I won’t be back.
- HWH WMar 16, 20201.0For the 3rd time in less than 6 months, I have had to drive to my old address in Fort White, to retrieve my mail...with a standing "Mail Forwarding" in effect. Supposed to be in effect, anyways. When I call to complain, the excuse is always "we had a substitute on that route that day'. Sad service.
- CMCandace MansinghDec 7, 20191.0My drivers are great but this location and staff are horrible. I actually drive to High Springs or Alachua instead as the staff at those locations are always friendly and knowledgeable.
