From the moment I walked in, her energy was just different — warm, genuinely upbeat, and completely contagious. She made what could have been a routine, stressful errand feel easy and even enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter someone who so effortlessly brightens the room. Andrea is a true asset to this location, and I left feeling better than when I walked in. Thank you, Andrea!
- JBJennifer BlairJun 14, 20261.0The postmaster at this location does not acknowledge Article Number 000007133 (the USPS Locked Mailboxes and Mailbox Keys Policy) and charges new residents as if they were existing customers who had lost their key and needed their box rekeyed. It also does no good to file a formal complaint because when you do the postmaster at that location is the one who processes the complaint and chooses to close the complaint against their self even when you're complaint expressly stated that you did not want anyone from that location processing said complaint. Consumer Affairs is also useless because they will not return contact once the initial contact is made. The only step past that you can take is either filing a complaint with an external agency such as the office of the inspector general, who is usually quite helpful with these situations, or if it is involving your mail directly the FBI, which will be my next step as an item that was purchased using federal funds was not returned to sender at the beginning of April like it was supposed to have been when this complaint was originally filed and the postmaster admitted out loud in a crowded lobby that they would return our mail since I refuse to pay the illegal fee that there local policy says I must to receive my mail.
