The clerk (Kim) was so patient and helpful to notice a few mistakes I made on the form and helped correct them. It took a little time and there was a line, but she did not rush me. I noticed the other clerk was also very friendly!

- TSTammy SalgueroMar 30, 20262.0I have told the mailman who picks up our mail to please scan in my packages I have in my mailbox being picked up and he said ok and never did it. He will pick my mail up and days later it finally gets scanned in. I sell a lot online and a lot of these platforms I sell on are dinging me for late dispatch even tho I had it go out on time! I explained this to the mailman already. Please talk to your employees on how mail with pre paid labels in someone’s mailbox are to be scanned immediately. I never had this problem at my old house.
