The mailman keeps delivering my packages to wrong places. Had to drive to post office multiple times just to complain and packages are still missing. Supervisor doesn't know anything about anything like it's his first day at work.

Please beware of this usps, genuinely never dealt with any mailing company as disorderly and unprofessional as this one and have reason to believe someone working the back is ABSOLUTELY STEALING PACKAGES. Lost a +1k$ order from my business and showed no accountability when asked to search their packages when they may have it in the back because the package has yet to leave this location after a MONTH ….. the clerk spent an entire 30 seconds searching but “couldn’t find it” and im currently waiting for a response from my missing mail search. Its a shame companies with immunity treat customers as such.

I arrived at this location prior to 9:00 AM on Saturday, June 6th, to ensure I was on time for their scheduled 9:00 AM opening. By 9:20 AM—twenty minutes past opening time—the doors were still locked and the location was not open. By that time, there were at least 15 to 20 frustrated people waiting in line outside. I went completely out of my way to come to this post office because I had time-sensitive, important documents to mail before heading to work. Since Saturday hours are already incredibly short (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM), staying locked up past 9:20 AM is completely unacceptable. Whoever was supposed to open this morning clearly has zero regard for customers' time. Management either needs to update their online hours to reflect when their employees actually feel like showing up, or this post office needs to find entirely new management and staff who can actually do the job.

I just discovered my pictures are being sent to Alabama on the receipt, instead of the actual destination written on the envelope for Missouri. She was multitasking with another customer instead of taking care of one customer at a time. According to the tracking it has already left the facility. Now I have to make another trip and deal with a supervisor. Two workers behind the counter with a line stretching out of the doors. It's know wonder this facility has bad reviews. FFS!

I have never used USPS to return items I’ve purchased online. This was a 1st for me and the lady that helped me, clerk 13, was so sweet and patient. I didn’t know you had to tape and get your package ready yourself cause UPS normally tape whatever bag or box I bring them for returns. But the lady was not rude or nasty, she helped me get my items in the correct return bag and it was smooth.
