He was rude, did barley understand me, was not helpful at all , I was even told to go look for my package myself! When asking for someone above him he said his boss wasn’t there and he don’t know when she would come in! He should not hold any title with this company or even given employment! We have enough unemployed people that would give better customer service to customers! Worst experience and to make it so bad I have to deal with this office due to my zip code!
- MHMary HicksFeb 19, 20171.0We where attending the Edison Festival parade on Saturday evening when we misunderstood the handicap parking signage. An employee who refused to be identified came out of the loading dock area and from the 1st words was very verbally abusive. This continued for about an hour, as we requested for his name, a supervisor, or the police reasoning on our behalf is my handicapped sister wanted the employees name to file a complaint. Needless to say it was not resolved . The professionalism of the employee was unexceptiable and how this civil servant treated taxpayers requires further investigation. The site requires a star to post or I would not add one.
