  I completely understand that this UPS Store does not normally hold FedEx deliveries. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of compassion or common sense shown today. A live animal was shipped to this location, the same location my previous spider was shipped to. When FedEx attempted delivery, the package was refused because they do not hold FedEx packages. Again, I understand the policy. But this was not a pair of shoes or something that could simply be delivered another day. This was a LIVE ANIMAL sitting in a shipping container whose health and safety depend on getting to its owner as quickly as possible. Thankfully, the people at FedEx recognized that and have gone above and beyond trying to find a way to get this little guy to me tonight. I am incredibly grateful to them for actually caring about the animal involved. Policies are policies, but sometimes a situation calls for a little humanity and common sense. Refusing a live animal and simply sending it back out the door without any concern for what could happen to it is incredibly disappointing. I sincerely hope this store considers how situations involving live shipments are handled in the future.

  Extremely disappointed with the store manager. I rent a small mailbox, the same one I've rented for 7 years with the previous owners and never had an issue until recently. I go into the store to pay my mailbox rental, and the associate rings up my fee and presents it on their payment terminal for $166. No problem, I pay the exact fee meaning that my mailbox is paid for the next 6 months. Then first thing the next morning I get a call from this store manager. She says I owe them $12 or an extra $2/month because they rang me up for the incorrect rent. She tells me to come in and pay the $12 extra or else she'll terminate my rental. I was flabbergasted. I told her that I paid the amount that was rung up on their system and that it wasn't my error. She got confrontational with me over their own "$12 under charge" and hung up when I told her it wasn't my problem. Today I go in to pick up my mail, and my box is completely empty, with a note to See attendant. The associate tells me I owe them $12 before they will release my mail. I pay the $12 but then it appears I am missing mail for the past week. SMH, I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior by a store manager in my lifetime,especiallywhen they were the ones who made the "$12 error".

  This location is awful. The owners are extremely rude and treat their employees horribly. They overcharge a lot for stamps. Do not get stamps here it’s not worth it.

  This is one of the best locations there is, the employees and managers are super good and they try to help you with anything, the prices are super cheap and good and they explain everything you need to do and what you need to pay and they even bag the items for you, I 100 percent recommend this location, 😀😀 shout out to V the manager, she is by far one of the most knowledgeable and experienced person that helps you do everything step by step
