  I had a very poor experience today in the early afternoon. Extremely rude, and all the workers have attitudes. Prices are much higher compared to other stores as well. 0/10 would not go here again unless I got a refund.

  Vrusksha was so sweet and made absolutely certain that I knew what I was paying for and why. Very knowledgeable about the service and product, and great sales ability. I will be visiting again!

  Every time I visit this location, I have a consistently poor experience. There is one employee who has worked here for some time and repeatedly makes no effort to properly seal packages. Bags are barely taped, if at all if she seeing a way to make money and when I’ve raised concerns, I’m told that if anything falls out due to improper sealing, no refund will be issued. I’m not asking for anything excessive, just that bags be folded and sealed correctly so items are actually secure. Unfortunately, this employee shows little care or attention to that basic responsibility. Instead, I’m told I can pay extra for “security” if I want my package to arrive safely, which feels more like a money grab than proper customer service. The overall work is sloppy and results in a very frustrating customer experience. Sadly, this is the closest location to me, so I’m forced to continue using it. However, if you want to avoid a poor experience, I would not recommend this location.
