  If you're having items shipped there BEWARE they'll open your package and charge you delivery for every individual item. I ordered a bunch of stuff all together and they charged me $35 delivery for seven individual items 😥🤬 delivery cost more than the items I ordered

  Not a good experience. The guy helping me made almost no effort to figure out the box for my return. Luckily, another lady stepped in and got it done right away. At the end, the box wasn’t the problem, the effort was.

  Went to store August 25th 3pm ish that I’ve used for years sent 10 of thousands dollars in packages out of and they refused me service terry and Nicole said ups policy does not allow them to print out a pre made label through ups site and let anyone walk out door with it I simply tried to explain that the policy was I couldn’t walk out the door with the label if the store made it this label was pre made she got very rude I said I’d call corporate. She said that was a good idea. They were very apologetic and told me they made some type of filing for the complaint said issue would be resolved I seen all the normal people in there today besides one lady that apologized after her employees that are amazing had question her about who was there that day and why they treated a loyal customer like that over very simple policies some basics anyone working in a ups store should know

  I go to this store 4 times a week. The ladies are always helpful and nice. I greatly appreciate all the hard work they do. Some times it gets kind of crazy, some customers don’t have their act together and the ladies are always helpful. I go to this store because the employees are the best . Thank you.
