  The staff is EXTREMELY helpful and polite! They walk me through every process with zero issues. I also set up a PO Box here with no hassles. Great place!!!!

  Marianna and Matthew provide excellent customer service, and I specifically visit this location because of how kind, patient, knowledgeable, and experienced they are. I use this store 4-5 times a week for shipping packages, printing, returns, and notary services, and they consistently go above and beyond for every customer. The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. It is surprising to see any negative reviews for this location. I have witnessed customers being disrespectful to the employees—such as taking phone calls during transactions or being unprepared with their returns—while Marianna and Matthew handle every situation professionally. I always recommend this store to my friends and neighbors, as it is definitely the best UPS store in the area. Thank you for maintaining such a great team and facility.
