  I have never had a negative experience at a UPS Store until this location. Unfortunately, after several interactions with the owner, Jose, I will not be returning, even though it is the closest location to us. The first time, I was returning Amazon items and Jose told us to use the kiosk instead of helping us. His attitude and facial expression made it clear that he simply did not want to help. Another time, I saw him speaking French to a Haitian couple who appeared uninterested in the conversation and clearly just wanted to conduct their business, yet he kept going. My wife later had her own uncomfortable experience with him. While speaking with my wife and parents, he made the extremely inappropriate comment that he "wanted to buy more wives in your country." That was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. The final incident was when my wife and I were returning several Amazon items. It took us only a few seconds 10sec max each item to match with its return label. Jose became frustrated, went to the back gor like a minute, and when he returned, he rudely told us to step aside so he could help another customer. He could have simply and politely asked us if we could let the other customer go ahead instead of ordering us around. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this location provided none of that. I took my items and left, and I won't be coming back.

  They have always been right on top of anything and everything I need. No wait, very prompt, professional and friendly service! I use this location quite often. They make it all so easy

  Exceptional service! And service with a smile! I loved that all of the attention was given to me and people weren't on their cell phones behind the counter as I have seen at other locations. Super clean! Very attentive staff. I got in and out quickly!

  Cashier acknowledged me as I came into the store. Store was not real busy. Got taken care of right away. Very nice and considerate, really seemed to want to help me. Which she did. Also we were in there the other day to fax some important papers. Very professionally done. Love that store!
