  The customer service during my visit was definitely lacking. I asked an employee a simple question, and it clearly seemed to be an annoyance. I wasn’t rude or demanding, but the eye roll, huffing, and overall reaction made the interaction pretty uncomfortable and unnecessary. Other than that, it’s Staples. They have a good selection of office supplies, printing needs, electronics, and other essentials, and it’s usually easy to find what you need. One tip: definitely check online for coupons or promotions before you go because you can sometimes find a better deal!

  Love the store, hate the Amazon return experience. First time I did my return, I assumed maybe the associate was having a bad day. Second time, the experience was the same. The associate was the same as my first Amazon return experience. The woman would roll her eyes and throw boxes on the floor in an annoyed manner. As the line is forming, she stops attending to customers to “build the boxes” to put the returns in. When she gets to me, I hand her my items. Before leaving, I request the return receipt. She says “we don’t do that anymore” I said fine and let it be. To my dismay, the third time I went, I had picture frames that were 18x24. She said she couldn’t take the item because it was “too big” Mind you, the item had not even been taken out of its original packaging. She turned me away. I didn’t argue. I went to a completely different location and they were able to help me. I will not be returning to this location for Amazon returns anymore. Same lady every time. I’m convinced she is making the process as miserable as possible so people are discouraged from returning Amazon orders here. Mission accomplished. Dealing with her is not worth it. I am not one to leave bad reviews. I literally only ever write reviews of awesome service. That can be verified on my review history. But Amazon needs to know that this is happening and hopefully it can be addressed.

  Have not once had a friendly encounter with an employee at this store. Rude, abrasive, and slow. In here regularly shopping for my business and also doing all of my Amazon returns. Have stood at the head of a line with 5-6 people in it while the employee taped up, labeled and moved three boxes to another area of the store then returned to make not one but three new empty boxes while we stood in awe. Seems they’ve forgotten this is a customer service setting.
