  Came in to do an Amazon return. Went in at 7/5 around 530pm. The two associates a man and woman behind the counter were extremely rude, I stood and waited because I was not sure if they were busy. The guy looked at me with wide eyes as if to say what are you waiting for. I said hi and he dismissed it. I let them know I was waiting for them to call me up. The girl responds, just walk up. After the first scan the girl said I could go. I had more items. She said she would just do it while he was finishing up the first one. You could tell they were annoyed and did not want to be there. The attitudes were unwarranted. If they were having a bad day that's unfortunate but no need to be rude to people who are not being rude to you

  Went there to get another print of my business cards.But I needed to update the picture on the front. When I Informed the associate that I needed to edit my photo, he told me that he could not assist me and I would have to come back on Monday when a specialist was there. After about 5 minutes of me disagreeing with the guy and insisting that he can do the work he finally tapped a couple of keys on the computer and made it happen , which really left me feeling as though he was being lazy and just didn't want to process my request. Upon pick up , I was really unhappy with the way my cards turned out because the clip art that I had used for my picture was vibrant and light but my car is printed out with a serious orange coloring. I pointed this out as well as the fact that there's some speckled coloring on the cards, and I was informed that it was the quality of my clip art and there was nothing he could do even though I've used this clip art on multiple other sites for flyers and things of that nature and have never had an issue. I asked him if he could edit and do a reprint and he told me that it was my fault for supplying a poor quality clip art and that they could do nothing for me except refund the money. Then went on to tell me that I can only receive a refund if I have the original paper receipt from when I placed the order, which I didn't keep because I assumed that they could look up my order in the computer the same way they did when they printed. All in all, I left with a really horrible card and enough crap experience in poor taste, in my mouth that I will never go there again.And truthfully , I'll be pushing all my work to vista print. This really hurts my feelings because I have been a loyal Staples customer for almost ten years. I uploaded 2 pictures.The first one is how the art should be nice , bright and vibrant , and the second one is the orange crap that was printed.
