Highly disappointed! I have worked with Robert Half before in Miami and had great experiences with them. When I moved to Fort Myers I figured I would give the Robert Half here a try. The first encounter I had was with a lady name Cassandra who called about my resume & wanted to meet me. I thought the interview went extremely well and was promised to be placed somewhere, needless to say that never happened. To be honest, I never heard from her again. Couple of years have gone by and recently I applied for an Administrative Assistant position. I received a call from Pedro Martin who wanted to schedule an interview via Teams. However, I had to call him back 30 mins. before the scheduled interview as he said he would send an email with the teams info and never did. Once again I believed the interview went really well. At the end of the Teams meeting Pedro stated he really liked my resume and I needed to update the Robert Half profile I had, which I did. To no surprise never heard back from Pedro. Then, 3 weeks later I had applied for another position on Robert Half and Pedro called me again. However, this time Pedro spoke to me like he had never met me and asked to do an interview. I stated to him that we spoke 3 weeks ago and he said "oh yeah you're the guy who ran hotels/restaurants & executive assistant background in Miami". After that he stated that they had 2 positions for Administrative Assistant and would send out my resume. I was grateful that he had mentioned the other one however, once again sold a dream. I called Pedro 2 days later to get an update and his response was I haven't heard anything but I will call you on Monday after a Friday meeting. A week and half went by so today April 14, 2026, I spoke to Pedro to only be told that those positions were giving to someone else and thats okay. However, Pedro's response is he's new and doesn't know the systems. All in all, I told him I wouldn't waste my time anymore trying to work with Robert Half as this location schedules interviews makes you waste your time making call after call, never replies to your emails or calls etc. its a run around to get nowhere. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! If you want to waste your time and get the run around apply with Robert Half Fort Myer Location.

Extremely disappointed with this organization. They collect resumes, phone screen, do video calls with candidates and provide little to no support in finding employment. Recently went on a video call with Cassandra. She did not ask me about my relevant skills or transferrable knowledges I could bring to the clients she is assisting, instead she posed a question to me of "What is my incentive in helping you?" I told her I am unemployed, looking for work, and need higher salary range. I am degreed professional and she had Administrative roles needing placement. She then ended the call and did not want to help me. Very strange behavior of a recruiter.

Very unresponsive, say they have jobs lined up and you never get a call back nor a follow up from anyone.
Almost 3 months later and still haven't had not 1 job with them.
