  this post office is always having issues. save the trouble and go anywhere else. i’ve gone here five times and had a problem every single time. go to the las olas location or the one by target

  Dropped off some packages, was told not to make it a habit. Just wow. Since he would rather play on his phone, I guess I won’t be back.

  One of the worst USPS locations I’ve ever visited. The office opens whenever they feel like it, and employees are often on their personal phones during work hours while customers are left waiting. I honestly don’t understand why this location is not being properly monitored. Try waiting outside for them to open, and you’ll quickly see why so many people are frustrated. They have no respect for this job and people.

  If I could give -0 stars I would, this place is terrible! Worst USPS experience I’ve ever had. I paid over $50 for expedited shipping because the clerk PROMISED my package would arrive in time for an important conference. Instead, the delivery was delayed, and then tracking showed ready for pick up! I payed for it to be delivered , not to be picked up. Then, and after I HAD TO CALL THE USPS OFFICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA the tracking showed “delivered” even though the hotel staff and my husband searched everywhere and the package was nowhere to be found. What makes this even worse is the absolutely horrible customer service. The supervisor, Blair, was rude, dismissive, full of attitude and completely unhelpful. Instead of offering any real solution, refund, or accountability, I was told to come back the next day and speak to “Karen.” I came back exactly like I was told, and surprise — there was no Karen there. I wasted another trip, got zero help, and still left with no refund and no package. This office takes your money fast but apparently takes no responsibility when they lose your package or give you false delivery expectations. For a service that charges premium prices, the level of incompetence and disrespect is unbelievable. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! And I hope the corporate do something about that useless supervisor called Blair ;)
