- NTNatalie TurutsinaMay 28, 20261.0Absolutely ridiculous service at USPS on Las Olas. Second day in a row wasted because this location can’t function properly. Yesterday they were already closed at 4:30 PM, today they were technically “open” but refused to accept packages because apparently “the shipments already left.” Meanwhile multiple customers were turned away and left frustrated. This location has ALWAYS accepted packages until 5 PM — I’ve personally dropped off packages at 4:50 before with no issues. The employee’s explanation made zero sense. Completely unprofessional, inconsistent, and a huge waste of people’s time. Very disappointed.

I went to another USPS 10 mins away and the girl says she can't help me because she's going on break so I have to go to another one .... I get to the next one and this is the sign I get to. Maybe they should just schedule the store to be closed 1-2 officially to avoid this. This is ridiculous.
