    Are you on lunch and need to drop something off, in a hurry to run errands and felt the need to stop and shop something from this USPS location, prepare to wait 30 minutes while only one person works both passports and general shipping. You’re lucky if the person helping you comes back within 30 minutes. At USPS you’re on their clock, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else to ship anything

    We just left this office attempting to get a passport renewed. The online website says they accept walk-ins on Wednesdays from 9 to 12. We got there at 11:30. The lady was less than happy that we had walked in and told us they stopped doing them at 11:30. The gentleman told us we could wait because they had appointments Even though she had completed multiple passport applications with other patrons, it almost felt like she was trying to flex her power over us by doing idle jobs in between clients instead of trying to help us. We felt instead of her having any sort of compassion or empathy. She tried to punish us for not having an appointment. We watched her for seven minutes As she slowly taped a box instead of trying to help us, While no customer was in front of her . We just left. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service empathy. We pulled our daughter out of school and my husband from work to get there today. Shame on you.

    We went today to apply for a passport for my daughter, and the service was very disappointing. The employee handled our IDs carelessly, tossing them back on the counter in a disrespectful way. She also kept leaving for several minutes at a time instead of completing the process efficiently. She did not review the passport application to check if anything was missing. I asked her twice whether my daughter’s original birth certificate would be mailed back to us, and she completely ignored my question. Later, we received a call saying we forgot the birth certificate. When I returned, it turned out to be a copy — not the original, which is sent with the application. This could have easily been clarified on the phone, or when I first asked. Very unprofessional and disrespectful service.
