- MMMarky MarkJun 29, 20261.0An absolute joke from a customer service standpoint. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you need USPS services. The workers here are lazy, rude and couldnt care less if there is a line or not. They all act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you.
- PJPriscila JimenezJun 15, 20261.0The worst post office ever there is only one worker at 9am lines are always long you hear people laughing and talking in the back, I had an issue that I was not getting mail. Came to this office a couple times and was told the supervisor would call me and she never did. I called customer service and they kept telling me to go to this office, is the worst service ever.

Previous times were normal, I have no complaints. The employees here have always been courteous and helpful compared to other locations. But today Adrian went above and beyond to look for my package. The sender forgot to add part of my address and I was stressing for hours trying to locate which location the package was at to pick it up before it’s returned to sender. The line was super long today & I was nervous it would be too late. He spend about 20 minutes (maybe longer, felt like it) going all around the back to find my package. He got it done and found it for me. I felt so grateful and could not thank him enough. I understand it must be a pain to deal with some of the difficult situations and public so I appreciate them helping me with such good energy.
