- LJLazaro Burgos JrMay 10, 20261.0Postal worker reported package delivered but never put key inside my brother's mailbox order to retrieve package have called numerous times to speak with Michelle his supervisor but no one will not answer phone. Now having issues to submit claim to recieve money back for insurance claim. Process of submitting claim is horrible! Can't speak to anyone about issues with package because everything is too complicated to do! How does a package turn out to be missing of you supposedly reported delivered to proper lock box or mailbox? Common sense? Either he stole it or never delivered to correct location!? Post Office Claims Department is the worse I have encountered
