Worst postal office I ever been to. I was waiting in line for over 20 minutes. They only had one girl up at the front who had dreads and she was super rude. After waiting for 15 minutes some other guy came out helped 3 people then walked away when there a whole line of people then came back. The employees were just talking to each other instead of helping. This place either needs new staff or it needs to be shut down. If you want better and faster service just go to the one in Davie off of state rd 84 in the new Aldis plaza.

This review is solely on the lack of action of Supervisor ADRIEN. Yesterday afternoon, I entered the post office, to what I thought was going to be an uneventful mailing of packages. However , that quickly changed when I went to the kiosk to try and mail a package , but the kiosk informed me that it was unable to do so and that I needed to see a clerk. I waited in line, approached the clerk and explained what had occurred. She asked me what was in the package and I told her hairspray. She said the label had to have a letter H on it for hazmat . I explained that it had the white and black placard on the side and that this is what Sephora had sent me to use. Now mind you , somehow Sephora was able to send me in the same box I was using to return the item but as of 7 days ago it is no longer any good. Obviously, I can not force an employee to take the package and she was nice about it. At this point I am frustrated and I know my face is showing it. So , I walk away to call sephora. Once on the phone with Sephora , I explain the situation and even have the USPS clerk tell the Sephora customer service , that they are not going to accept the package because there is no H on the label. So , I get back in line and patiently but annoyingly wait my turn again because I had another package to mail that I did not do the first time around for another reason. As, I am waiting , I take a picture of my package with the labels and placard and AI mode it to see if I can mail the package as is thru the USPS. it comes back and says you absolutely can mail it as is however, you MUST hand it directly to a USPS clerk, as it has to go ground and the barcode on the label will tell them how to ship it. I finally get back up to the same clerk explain what I had just read and she says she still cant take it. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. She said no problem , again very nice about it. She asked her fellow clerks , if they would take the package and they both said no. I said I understand and I do not want to get you in trouble and I would like to speak to the supervisor. She went and told ADRIEN ,everything that was going on with the package and what she had told me about not being able to accept it. Then she went back to her booth and I waited ..and waited and waited .then she made an announcement over the intercom for ADRIEN and I waited some more and nothing.. so another lady had come out to help another gentleman that was waiting and I asked her and said is ADRIEN coming ? she said was there something she could help with , which i appreciated.. so I explained the situation and she said let's see what we can do to help you .. So I watched her walk maybe ten feet away to ADRIEN'S office where he was hiding and she spoke with him. Guess what ? still no ADRIEN..she said unfortunately, the policy has recently changed because a small plane had exploded. Of course that was tragic to hear and I do not want anything to happen to the safety of the postal workers. I am sure there was a way ADRIEN could have helped by putting an extra sticker or something on the label to get the package taken care of. Instead I got a message from ADRIEN thru the lady, why dont you take it to Sephora and return it in the store. I told the lady the closest one was sawgrass . Not that it is any of your concern ADRIEN, but I had one day off and had planned my errands accordingly to be efficient. I had letters to mail and another package to send so, the most logical thing to do was return at the post office , not drive to sawgrass , find parking, walk thru the mall to return a package. When i have now been at the post office for OVER AN HOUR .... ADRIEN , you are supposed to be a supervisor, a leader, and example for your employees on how to deal with challenging situations and you FAILED MISERABLY .. you could not even walk 10 feet to come a talk to a customer and address their concern. That is literally one of your job requirements. You should really learn from your employees! please review the video

Avoid this place, the passport lady was extremely rude and did not want to help us. We had an appointment window from 2:45 to 3:00pm. The place was difficult to find and got there 5 minutes BEFORE 3pm and she rudely told us we had to reschedule. Even though there was no one there. Ridiculous level of laziness and customer service
