I’ve been coming here since I moved to Florida back in December 2025 Today is Monday, August 17, 2026 A lady and a gentleman working the front desk I’ve spoke with them before they were both very rude I’ve been as patient as I can be with them. This is the last time I’m ever coming here. I wanna give me problems about my shipments and scanning my labels. I hand them five packages and they say oh you know you Can print a sheet out with a scan code that can scan in all the labels at the same time I know I can hand them a max of five packages and that is all I do in every single time. There is a problem. I don’t understand why I cannot just handover my packages have them scan it and get my receipt and go about my day.
- JBJUGGS BUNNYAug 11, 20261.0Cassandra is very rude she had an attitude with me for no reason when i first walked up and then she was short with me when i asked how long the shipping time was, i found $5 on the floor and she snatched it from me like she has some sort of God complex. I politely told her to check her attitude and she started shouting obscenities at me with the crowd of people behind me witnessing this…. Update … I’ve asked for a formal update on this matter and USPS has refused to respond. I am now seeing other similar reviews and would feel way more comfortable going to my most conveniently located office location without ever having to deal with this again. It needs to be addressed!!! It’s not ok to snatch money out of customers hands….. UPDATE** USPS location closed my case without following up as I requested 2 seperate times and now it says i cannot receive a response since the case has been closed for 7 days. This location defends its employees even when they are wrong and does not care about the customer. Go literally anywhere else unless you want money snatched from your hand and terrible service

I said can you cancel and I’ll go to another location it’s a medical device my daughter needs it overnight by tomorrow. No he said can’t cancel. Guess what PACKAGE LOST!!! This is not the first time. The workers are beyond rude. I learned my lesson. You don’t need to. STAY AWAY

- JSJessica StillmanJul 3, 20261.0The two ladies that work here are terribly rude and not helpful. Kim complained that I had too many packages to return. I had a total of six packages. Regardless its a post office and they should take care of me. The worse part is that they never open on time. According to their hours on Google they are supposed to be open at 830am but they never open on time. They usually stroll in at 930am. Absurd! Both of those women should be fired!
