  During my cleaning and organizing, I found three pairs of shoes and several garments that I no longer wanted. I decided to ship my unwanted items to a company that accepts gently used clothing, shoes, and handbags. The company sent me two clean out bags with UPS Ground shipping labels. I arrived at the UPS Store around 2pm. The business was quiet and well-organized. I greeted an employee and handed him the two packages to be mailed out. He quickly scanned the barcode on the shipping labels and then handed me a receipt. In addition to domestic and international shipping, other services provided by The UPS Store includes mailbox services, faxing & scanning, shredding services, notary, packing and packing supplies, printing & copying services, and much more.

  I took jewelry there and took out $12,000 in insurance. The clerk, who was the same one I had today, told his coworker, the manager, and the driver that my package had diamond jewelry in it and was insured for $12,000. **Four people in that store knew there was diamond jewelry in the box.** The package was lost, and not a single person ever apologized. I used UPS today because I was in a hurry, but going forward unless it’s prepaid, I absolutely will not. Also, when the clerk asked me to verify the address on the screen, I had to ask for the suite # to be added and explain why it was important. His response was something like, "I can put it there if you want me to." It took this long to write a review because I am so angry. When I filled out the survey today, it gave me the option, so I posted.

  Everytime I come here Mr. Omar takes great care of his customers! I mean his customer service is out of this world!! He takes great care of the packaging and packages! He makes sure I always have everything I need and understand thoroughly! I cannot get enough of this location I’ve been here three times this month alone! I go out of my way coming here to make sure I am getting the best service possible and make sure my packages get delivered with care. Thank you so much Omar keep up the good work!
