  We purchased nearly $800 worth of fresh flowers on a Saturday and paid for overnight shipping specifically because we needed them delivered Monday. Monday morning at 9:05 AM, the FedEx driver marked our address as “invalid/moved.” I was at the location at the time. We have never moved, our address has never changed, and there is absolutely nothing invalid about the delivery address. I called FedEx customer service no less than 8 times throughout the day trying to get this resolved. Every single time I was told the package would be re-delivered that day. Not one person could confirm that they had actually spoken with the driver, explain why the driver falsely marked the address as invalid, or provide any timeframe for when the delivery would happen. I even offered to drive to wherever the package was being held and pick it up myself because these were FRESH FLOWERS and time was obviously critical. After spending the entire day calling and being repeatedly assured the package would still arrive, I finally received an email stating that delivery had been pushed to the following day. At that point, the nearly $800 worth of fresh flowers we purchased were essentially useless for the event they were ordered for. This was absolute carelessness on FedEx’s part, followed by atrocious customer service and zero urgency to correct a mistake made by their own driver. If a package is important, time-sensitive, perishable, or expensive, DO NOT SHIP WITH FEDEX IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED IT DELIVERED ON TIME.

  Not a very pleasant experience as the driver from FedEx delivered my package to the wrong building and wrong apartment number. they should be more careful by double checking the label for delivery. This is the second time this has happened. I will be calling the corporate office to put in a complaint. You can’t even talk to a live person at FedEx.

  My husband and I had a problem with our package, and the girl called us to say we could go to the office to pick it up. I had a bad day waiting for the package, but they took the time to call me and offer a solution. Thank you!

  Worst Customer Service never answers the phone, drivers lie about dropping off the packages. They never make the deliveries., always saying I missed them. They made me re-order a replacement card over 10 times because of their lack if professionalism . Whoever’s delivering your route on Griffin Road next to the racetrack area is destroying your company. And you want to close before the holiday until July 3, while staying your deliver will be delivered today. I’m taking all my business from all my companies elsewhere and I’m recommending everyone to do the same unreliable service that never follows up and never fixes the issues. I paid for a premium to get things express overnight to be delivered at a certain time. It’s unacceptable the way your employees are acting. It’s unacceptable to say that you’re gonna deliver it on Friday and then say you’re closed for a holiday that’s tomorrow.
