  Friday, the 13th, Jada offered, then printed 9 copies behind the counter then setup delivery. She has a positive way of helping customers. I travel twice the distance to this location than to the UPS store that I used to go to. This FEDEX store, 5975 N. Federal Hwy, Suite 136, is more friendly and helpful. My package was delivered before noon on Monday

  I have had issues with the Post Office and have started using this FedEx office. I find their customer service to be hit or miss. Some are nice and helpful, others are not. I shipped a package for my Grandson's 14th Birthday. When it arrived , the tape was loose and the entire contents of the box was empty, stolen, gifts, cash, everything but empty wrapping paper. I went to the store to ask what to do and the Manager said they could do nothing and to call the 800#. I called and after several long tries I got a person in India who said I had to file a claim online. Thank goodness I am not too elderly or infirmed because the process online is not easy. It says it could take up to 14 days if they don't need more information. I would expect more from FedEx. Maybe I will try UPS next. As an update to this review, someone in a reliable local pack and ship store told me Fedex never pays out on the insurance they offer and sure en6they denied my claim saying there was no evidence that my items were stolen. Shame on you FedEx.

  Rudi provides the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE remotely. I ordered a Christmas present for my parents (HP Laptop on Black Friday). HP "experienced a short delay in the production process and now expect to ship your order later than originally expected." Well, the package originated in Vietnam, and the latter date occurred after my parents left for Christmas vacation. In mid-December, I got their neighbor to go to W. Copans location, where FedEx said the package was being held. Only to find out it's supposed to be held at 5975 N Federal Hwy, but it wasn't here yet! Eventually Rudi learned it was at the ShipSite on N W 19th St. Today, she was able to get in contact with HQs and someone at that ShipSite. After what seemed like much back and forth, Rudi helped me coordinate an in-person pick up by my parents (literally minutes) before they were returning package to shipper!!! If I didn't live over 1,000 miles away, I'd go give Rudi the biggest THANK YOU hug - hoping this 5-star review will suffice :)
