Very disappointed with the customer service at this FedEx location. The employees were rude, unhelpful, and seemed more focused on petty policies than actually assisting customers. I was forced to buy tape for a return even though tape was sitting right in front of me, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. I also had a very heavy box and not a single employee offered to help carry it inside. Basic customer service and courtesy were completely lacking. The overall atmosphere felt cold and dismissive rather than helpful or professional. Customer service should matter more than making customers feel inconvenienced over small things.

Horrible experience with the lady at the counter. I came in to return several prepaid boxes, and she asked me to move and stack them to the left side of the counter. I gladly assisted and moved them myself. Since the boxes were slightly larger and heavier than usual, I began stacking them carefully on the side of the counter, at which point she became visibly upset. I explained that I was only trying to help because the boxes were heavy, but she responded by saying, “I’m not going to let you talk to me any type of way.” I was genuinely confused because I had not spoken to her disrespectfully at all. After that interaction, she began criticizing the condition of the boxes and claimed several of them were not suitable for shipment. It was very clear this only became an issue after she became upset. She then forced me to purchase additional boxes in order to ship items that otherwise would have likely been accepted without issue. The entire experience felt unprofessional and unnecessary. It seemed like she was using her position to force additional charges because she was upset. If someone is unhappy in their role, they should not take it out on customers. This was a very bad representation of FedEx customer service, and because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location or any other FedEx.

Going to ship something isn’t fun. But when the customer service is good, it can make it way less burdensome. They had a ton of people at the desk to help, they are quick, and the guy who helped me Adam was really fantastic

I am highly dissatisfied with my experience this afternoon. I arrived approximately 40 minutes before closing with a simple print production job (35 copies of an 11 page document). Because, in my historical experience, the self-printing stations, constantly jam, and/or run out of paper, mid job, I decided to use the “specialty services” behind the desk, which the service staff was quick to advise me required an additional $2.50. Rather than paying FedEx a premium for this service, turns out, I should have been paid for the time and resources wasted. I waited for nearly 30 minutes while this simple job was fumbled as the service staff bounced back and forth between other tasks and answering the phones. First, the initial copies were printed incorrectly (single-sided instead of double-sided and stapled upside down). Then, the printer started jamming to the utter bewilderment of the service staff. There was absolutely no empathy expressed or apologies made for the inconvenience. In fact when I asked to see one of the copies to assess its accuracy, I was coldly told No! It was crystal clear to me at that point that the staff had no interest in providing customer service so close to closing. A member of the staff continued vacuuming loudly around the remaining lingering customers, while others focused on their closing activities. This was my sign to leave. There are several other service providers the area (e.g., Staples and Office Depot) which I have decided patron in the future for any printing/photocopying needs.

Been printing monthly at this fedex for over two years for my non profit events. When I ordered this Months posters, I ordered the same as aways and they came washed out and little to no saturation. When I asked they said I chose the wrong paper. When I asked why you would print something that doesn't look like the image I sent Elizabeth said that its never going to look like the screen and if I wanted to pay again they can reprint it. Would definitely avoid this location.
