  I tried to return an item and they tried to force me to put tires in a box. Which is insane!!! Never had this issue before . The tires came from FedEx tape up I received the tires today and return the tires the same day never been open , same way how they came and they wouldn’t ship it .. mine u it came ship wrap up . Literally everytime I bought tires it always came tape up or zip tie . I never received tires or ship back tires in no damn box . Just was trying to make me spend money for a box for no reason . Terrible service

  Horrible place. Brought to return the package in its original packing and was told - oh we cannot accept it. I told them - this is the original packing - then he was - oh ok. How difficult is that to accept the packages! Never again will attend this location!

  This location has great customer service. Dawn took the time to help advise on making the best decision for printing my poster. She left the counter space and personally guided me to what I needed and took time and gave clear and concise advice that was much appreciated. In an era of bare minimum Dawn was amazing and gave premium customer service with a side of Critical Thinking - That is priceless!

  Horrible experience with the lady at the counter. I came in to return several prepaid boxes, and she asked me to move and stack them to the left side of the counter. I gladly assisted and moved them myself. Since the boxes were slightly larger and heavier than usual, I began stacking them carefully on the side of the counter, at which point she became visibly upset. I explained that I was only trying to help because the boxes were heavy, but she responded by saying, “I’m not going to let you talk to me any type of way.” I was genuinely confused because I had not spoken to her disrespectfully at all. After that interaction, she began criticizing the condition of the boxes and claimed several of them were not suitable for shipment. It was very clear this only became an issue after she became upset. She then forced me to purchase additional boxes in order to ship items that otherwise would have likely been accepted without issue. The entire experience felt unprofessional and unnecessary. It seemed like she was using her position to force additional charges because she was upset. If someone is unhappy in their role, they should not take it out on customers. This was a very bad representation of FedEx customer service, and because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location or any other FedEx.
