  Double and triple check the under skilled workers at this location. They typed the address of my overnight package incorrectly. It took an hour of calling to correct the address when it was not delivered on time. They wanted to charge me to make the change almost the same amount it cost me for the entire overnight delivery. After I found the correct person to make the address change I was told it could take up to 24-48 hours for the change to be processed, which means the package could be three or more days late. It was a freaking nightmare to fix because this worker got it wrong.

  I stopped there to pick up a package . I unfortunately left my driver's license . I called the next morning and to inquire. They had it and were absolutely great about everything. I'm having mobility issues so the young lady came out to the car . Unheard of kindness and service.

  I'm sorry I don't know the young man's name, but He is black and wears glasses. Everytime I go in, He seems to be the one that helps me. He is very welcoming, professional and quick at getting the job done. It's always a pleasure visiting this store.😁👍

  I had to come drop off WFH work from home equipment that belong to my former employer. It was raining the box what's happy. I went to the door and asked if somebody can come help me I parked right by the door a gentleman I don't remember his name came out immediately. I thank him very much he was so kind and so polite. I have back issues I parked closest I could to the door .
