- AKA KaplanAug 25, 20261.0I can see why this post office has a 3.8-star rating. I have been to countless post offices over the years, and I have never experienced customer service like this. The employee who helped me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. His mannerisms were vulgar, and he raised his voice at me when I was simply asking a basic question. The entire interaction made me so uncomfortable that I no longer felt comfortable trusting him with my mail, so I left without dropping it off. If you’re looking for a convenient post office in Floral City, I would strongly recommend going a little out of your way and using another location. Convenience is not worth being treated this way.

- NRNo Good Dirty RicerApr 9, 20265.0Had a package that said it was at the Floral City PO but wasn’t being delivered, reached out through USPS and had the Postmaster, John, reach out to me. He suggested that it was likely sorted wrong at the sorting facility and would eventually make its way back here. He was very pleasant to one time I spoke to him on the phone and although I couldn’t receive his calls, I did receive the voicemails when I got the occasional bar of service, since I really don’t have cell service where I live. He continued to reach out to assure me he was still looking out for it and let me know when the post office had finally received the package before it was delivered. I’ve been in to this location on two other occasions as well, the staff always seem to be pleasant.

And give the impression they would treat you less than favorably if you mentioned their indifference. I therefore swallowed my pride each time and took it like a man. After all this is where the the expression "Going Postal" originates. Not here at Floral City obviously, they are not that crazy. I hope my next visit will be more amenable, and I'm sure it will.
