- MDMellissa Dzion4 days ago5.0While this post office is relatively small, it is definitely efficient. I've never seen more 4-5 people in line. I've LITERALLY NEVER seen anyone waiting for help in the passport line, either. Usually 3 employees behind the counter. Each time I've been in this post office, the postal supplies seem to be full or at least close to it. The only 'issue' I could mention is that the self-service kiosk is literally right in front of the door which seems to cause some congestion for customers. However, I'd still highly recommend this USPS!
- WKWendi Knight5 days ago5.0Bianca with passports is a gem! Brought the 3 of us back a few minutes early for our appointment and was an absolute pleasure to work with! I had made copies of everything but she felt like a couple of them wouldn’t be accepted when she mailed everything in, so without question or charge she made her own copies. Treated my 12 year old autistic daughter with so much respect. Had to retake her photo a few times because she would tilt her head slightly She never once lost patience and ensured everything was done correctly so we wouldn’t have to come back and redo Thank you again for making it such a positive experience ! Such a great experience

- CPChristiana ParhamJul 7, 20261.0The post office staff here needs an attitude adjustment or to be replaced. I made a passport appointment at 12:30 for my two young boys ages 5 and 2. We arrived at 12:10. The passport lady was at lunch. We sat in the car till 12:30 and went back in. We sat waiting for her till 12:40 while my boys were tearing the place apart. It was a nightmare. Then when she called us back, she had the attitude from hell and took the worst photos of my boys I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t think they’ll be accepted for their passports and I paid $30 for them. We will probably have to re-take them. This entire experience made me miss the sweet employees at the Whidbey Island Oak Harbor, WA post office who were efficient, kind and happy to help. Florida post offices suck especially the passport services.
