  I am 83 years old, and I rarely leave reviews, but here we go. When I came in with an amazon package, the employee was rude. She kept telling me to use a key-osk. I don't own a computer , much less a key-osk. The young girl with a very rude tone, told me to use it. No explanation. Why is she so entitled especially if she is not doing anything? Who allows her to feel so entitled? Shame on you.

  This store has RUDE employees, especially the young ones. Management needs to do a better job at CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. Last week, Management allowed this one girl.....black hair, tall, bulky lashes, with a nasty demeanor and highly disrespect attitude to lash back at me because I couldn't use the kiosk. She said I was rude and all I was saying was I don't know how to use the kiosk! I then told her to stop being rude to me. She forced my hand by putting me in a defensive mode. Then some guy with long hair came to the back of her to supposedly defend her just because I couldn't use the kiosk. He was just as rude. The crazy part? He was just standing there.... not offering to help me. HE WAS JUST STANDING THERE!! Why do you allow your staff to talk to the elder generation this way? We are not a part of the Kiosk generation. They just say, "Use the Kiosk". I don't even know what a kiosk looks like, and none of your RUDE staff offered to help. My 4 packages were not that heavy, and the time it took her to complain and cause issues, she could have scanned my packages and sent me on my way a lot sooner. Instead I was met with resistance and attitude. Why would I want to come back? I don't. Good riddance.

  The Staff, especially Lori, I see her keeping things moving. They have a lot of customers but never await! Today Lori greeting me with a big smile and warm hello. that’s the way they do business at this location. Thank you Lori!

  Rude beyond belief. Woman behind the counter was upset when I stated some copies needed to be B&W, some color. All double sided. Maybe 100 total. But all she was capable of snarking was "it's all color or all black and white, I'm not taking time to figure this out". Yet, while I'm standing there and subdividing the copies to be made, she wants to continuing being petty and nasty, huffing and puffing with comments not even attempting to be quiet. The cherry on tops though was her acting as though ANY customers in the store, daring to bring business, was an inconvenience to her day. Ask yourselves this store in particular continues in its decline, with its overall satisfaction dropping every time a customer enters the store. Thanks. You just made it easier to justify my drive elsewhere.

  The staff here is super friendly, professional, so helpful & knowledgeable! Chris, the manager, treats his staff & customers like family & with such integrity! Jorge helped me print labels & a sign in color & was beyond helpful in making the process seamless & successful! I am beyond thankful for their service to the community!
