The clerk with super long nails kept reaching over and hitting my screen like their survey and the receipt that I needed sent to my email she reached over and hit print. That should not be happening. I wonder if the supervisor knows their own employees are reaching over to hit that survey before the customer does

Literally every week I have to drive to someone else’s house to drop off their package because it ends up in my mailbox, or someone is banging on my door to give me mine. Now today it says my mail was delivered, but guess what my package is not there but guess what my neighbor’s package is in my locker. This is ridiculous and extremely frustrating. I’m tired of constantly having to call, track things down, file claims, and jump through all these hoops, for what? Just read the address.

When I explained it was a return she told me to go buy tape. It was a self sealing envelope. I smiled and said I would be back another time to have someone else help me. January 21st 2pm
