$15 to ship a small lightweight box to Miami is crazy, the box was barely half a pound

Not much to tell it's ups plus a little more than I thought cost me like five bucks to fax out two pages of paper

I do not know the employee's name that helped me but she had darker hair and asked a coworker to help. Regardless I want to give a shoutout to her for exceptional troubleshooting and attention to detail. I was dropping off a return item to an eBay seller that sold me an item that was fake. She scanned the label and noticed the tracking number on the system did not match the tracking label on the printed label. She even asked for a coworker for another opinion and deemed it should not be sent out. This employee saved me from getting scammed twice and deserves praise because most would have just scanned the label and said "Okay you're all set here's your receipt." Best UPS Store in the area!
