I had a package redirected to a P.O. box and asked where it would be, I was told to go to another usps office 30 minutes away and when I got there they told me they have never seen the postal code I had my package sent to. This man sent me to a usps 30 minutes away for no reason other than to get my out of line.

Just got a past due notice from a Dr and never received anything prior to that. We should have had a tax notice forwarded 4 weeks ago, but nothing. I have no idea what other mail they have apparently thrown in the trash. What are we paying for? The service the Estero post office provides is abysmal.
