- LSLisa ShafferAug 13, 20265.0Always great attitudes for what they have to deal with! Love Dunnellon post office the most! They always seem to be able to smile no matter how busy or understaffed. They don't let the stress get to them, especially Danielle and Matthew! I frequent many post offices in the area and stop by one at least 3 to 4 times a week. I sell online and have many packages to scan. I help create lines and also have stood in many created by others...there is not a post office I go to that doesn't have them...and most of the time the lines are created because customers are unprepared before going to see the clerk or could've purchased/figured out online... Yet, in Dunnellon by far, they are patient and kind. They don't let the attitudes (of some of the nastiest, meanest people to ever have stood in a line and have no couth) of customers change their demeanor. I appreciate the patience, keep up the good work!

- CRcarlos riveraJul 28, 20261.0Ongoing issues with mail delivery. I am very disappointed with the service at the Dunnellon post office (USPS). I use the "Informed Delivery" service, so I know exactly what mail I should be receiving; however, many items never arrive.

Many customers come in with literally baggage and figurative baggage and they keep it professional and peaceful. Thank you glitter girl. I have read some of the negative comments and to each their own but I do have to say I have never walked a mile in their shoes and I can’t imagine the pressure they have daily especially in this economy where some are shipping to make ends meet and feed their families. God bless y’all and keep up the great work. It shows from the top down. No one in that building is afraid to get their hands dirty.
- ALAxl LucyJul 18, 20261.0Last 2 weeks flag has been up and post driver (2 different drivers) drove by without picking up my mail. When going into the post office there is a line as almost out the door and drop off packages are scattered dangerously on far end of counter with no room to put more.
